The staff wasn't helpfull at all. There was no option to pay with card but only with cash. The staff told us to do an insurance where we will not pay costs of the car without make clear that the above was in case of the damage would be cost more than 450 euros. On top of that the answer after finding the car hitted at the parking with no info where the damage came from. On top of that they demand 200 euros for the damage without a specialist check on it in cash if course.
Everything was perfect. Somebody was waiting for us at the port with our name on a card. He explain everything for the car. It was easy to let the car at the end, on the port, and take the ferry.
Overall the experience was a pleasant one. The guy waited for us outside the airport and pick up was just across the street. This was absolutely the best bang for your buck as it was the best price for a rental on the island.
As a heads up, they will message you through WhatsApp to ask about your flight status so that someone is there to greet you.
The service was excellent and I'd recommend using them in the future.
First car was not what I ordered - and was faulty. Slightly patronised by agent who knew less than me about car engines. But replacement car was great, as good as ordered, and the service was perfect (apart from being patronised as an older female driver, but that is pretty standard sadly).
Would definitely recommend and go back. Great value for money.
