We arrived earlier and the guy from the agency was there. The price was very good! The car was clean. The experience was better than I expected. I recommend that agency!!
On the website, the system doesn't count for the insurance fee (that's why is a lot cheaper than others) , when I called them and asked if this is the full amount that I was paying just to be sure , the y said YES ! So I booked it. When I arrived at the airport and talked to the man he said that it's a 7€ per day extra to pay as full insurance and that it was mandatory . As a result I payed 35€ extra with no other option or say to the matter ! Poor policy just to book extra cars every seaso

The contract could have been a little more extensive. Also only some parts were in English, some parts were only in Greek.
What we really liked was the possibility to easily choose pick up and drop off points that were different without extra costs
