Molto seri
Macchina nuova e perfettamente pulita e era quella che avevamo concordato. L'operatore dell'agenzia era fuori dall'aeroporto ad aspettarci e molto velocemente ci ha dato l'auto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e se ritorneremo a Santorini ci rivolgeremo senz'altro a questa agenzia.
The car was brought to the wrong hotel. Instead of 8AM, I got the car at 10AM. The return was also delayed by several hours. Finally, I left the keys at the reception. The car was clean and tidy. There were no other problems except for the delay. I would use their services again.

I saw another car in the reservation and another one came. The car did not have A / C !!! It is unacceptable to give a car without air conditioning. Not even in 1990. The transmission had a problem in the first and in the reverse.
