The pickup experience was great. A guy was waiting with my name card who checked my license, noted the credit card number and walked with us to the parking lot and gave the key. The car was condition was okay. We booked a small automatic car which is perfect for Santorini. Their rate is unbeatable and they have after hours drop-off. They don’t have dedicated drop-off spaces so finding free public space at the airport can be tricky. Overall recommended.

The company representative was waiting for us at the airport and handed us over the car after a short process , which was in good condition and clean. Drop-off process very easy.
The return instructions were not helpful, (‘just park it at the airport’)we had to call the agency from the airport and asked where to park the car, only then they told us that they have a dedicated parking and gave us the code for the entrance. Would have been nice to know that before we went to the airport.
