Super experience, very convenient
Picknick up the car was very easy, one person waiting for us at the airport lobby.
The car was parked really close.
We returned the car in a different location, the port. Very easy as well.
I was asked to pay 10e extra for excess protection - I guess I could say no, but didn't want to argue in front of all my collogues.
I had problems with returning the car as there wasn't any parking slots available.

We arrived earlier and the guy from the agency was there. The price was very good! The car was clean. The experience was better than I expected. I recommend that agency!!
On the website, the system doesn't count for the insurance fee (that's why is a lot cheaper than others) , when I called them and asked if this is the full amount that I was paying just to be sure , the y said YES ! So I booked it. When I arrived at the airport and talked to the man he said that it's a 7€ per day extra to pay as full insurance and that it was mandatory . As a result I payed 35€ extra with no other option or say to the matter ! Poor policy just to book extra cars every seaso
