If i have the possibility to choose a car i want to have this car not a similar!!!!!!
I don't like to rent a car and after they give me a similar car!!!
I had choose a specific car because i liked THAT car and the staff gave me a similar car. There are some companies that rate cars or similar in the same category. I didn't choose them even they were cheeper because i'd like the car i had choose. I don't like this policy at all!

Dishonest agency. refuses to be present when the vehicle is returned despite two calls. Take a photo of a scratch that was already noted in the departure inventory (proof provided). Make an additional debit of 150 Euros, on a bank card, without warning, without an invoice, without my signature. Do not reply to the email. This can be likened to a scam.
New cars advertised and priced accordingly medium condition 6 year old vehicle available
The price differed from the one quoted by rental site because i was charged and extra 7E per day insurance, it was given the impression this was mandatory as i was not asked if i wanted it or not (by the guy at the pickup place). Beside this i have no complains as i rented the car on the website at 9 and arrived to pick up in port at 15.
