I was promised a luxury car. The vehicle was over five years old, made noise when turning and had over 80,000 miles on it. There is no reason for someone to advertise a luxury vehicle that is old and abused. The only positive was that I made a mistake with the booking and they allowed me to book the car for an additional day which I paid for. Would never book with this company. I was also never told that I would have to pay $38 for taking the car out of the garage. They left the car for 24 hours

I was asked to pay their parking lot ticket and was told I’d be reimbursed and never was and now they ignore my calls. Not only that but because the car they were suppose to give me was running late even though i booked this way in advance they gave me another car which was falling apart and i couldn’t drive at night because the head lights weren’t working. Honestly i wanted this to be a good experience so i can use them everytime i go home but no this was horrible and never got my mon

I was very disappointed with my Senda Rental experience. The car was left in the airport parking lot, and I was never informed I would have to pay a $25 fee to take it out. The representative said he would speak to the manager, but has ignored my messages for five days. When returning the car, the office was locked and I was told to park it at the airport until I insisted. Due to unprofessional behavior and poor communication, I request a refund of the $25 & a partial refund of the rental charge
