We reserved the car for 8am on the reservation and the location did not even open until 9. Then they made us sit there for over 40 minutes. Upon return we had to sit around and wait for an actual person to pickup the car. There was no location to drop it. The person was three hours late from taking a train from Rome.

I picked up and dropped of my car at the airport. They have no counter at Fiumincini thus I had to wait at parking B for them to deliver the car and the same when I returned. Picking up the car is not a problem if we wait, but returning they must be punctual because there are flights that have to be caught. This is my only beef picking up and returning the car because it puts a lot of stress on the travellers. Otherwise they are very professional.
I never rented the vehicle as the trip was cancelled. Skylimit refuses to give back the money I payed. $4319. Scam artists. I have hired an attorney in Rome. Never again!!!
