It's absolutely fair because because of your mistake we suffered heartache, we arrived in a foreign country in the middle of the night with two children and no car and you are not available on the phone, we walked around the airport for two hours looking for you, in the end we had to book a hotel in Rome while we already had a pre-paid room in Tuscany, instead of arriving According to the plan for the night in Tuscany, we only left Rome at 11 in the morning, tired, which shortened our sta
I picked up and dropped of my car at the airport. They have no counter at Fiumincini thus I had to wait at parking B for them to deliver the car and the same when I returned. Picking up the car is not a problem if we wait, but returning they must be punctual because there are flights that have to be caught. This is my only beef picking up and returning the car because it puts a lot of stress on the travellers. Otherwise they are very professional.

I never rented the vehicle as the trip was cancelled. Skylimit refuses to give back the money I payed. $4319. Scam artists. I have hired an attorney in Rome. Never again!!!
Renting from Skylimit worked very well! The vehicle had quite a bit of cosmetic damage when we received it, but it served its purpose. We had a flat tire due to poor tire condition but the spare was in good shape and I was able to change it and have a good trip. I would rent from them again, and still recommend to all!
