Rates were surprisingly fair. Other companies are still trying to get 40 to 60% more so this rate was very good. Definitely try to book w/ SNA. IT'S A VERY GOOD CHOICE.
Would come back and rent again
When we landed and called the phone number, the rental place was quick to respond and got us very quickly. They had our car out and ready to go, minus the car seats that we had mentioned when we booked. They got car seats fast and we were off. The car was not in as tip-top shape as I was expecting - the engine sounded stressed, the rims were ziptied on, the car (a Mitsubishis mirage) had absolutely no pick up and go. We were half-expecting to get stranded somewhere, but we didnt. Fuel efficient

The overall experience was fantastic. I rented a full size car and was given a small SUV. I did not like the car, but that is more about the car itself and not the rental agency. I would definitely rent from here again.

I made mistake booked 1day earlier 3/8. 3/9 I arrived. Glad they had a car picked us up.After less then a mile drive i notice the car smells cigarette. i turned off the ac was ok. My son n I have asthma called them to exchange no car. The next day i called no car, called them back no car they said there's nothing they can do even disct. For me they can do to satisfy customers if u want. Rude cs . Returned. Saw many cars park. Go to ENTERP got bmw short notice same price rent til 3/16. Happy
The staff at SNA was courteous and helpful and the car was clean and comfortable. Very positive experience.
