The only Imporvemnet might be an acknowledgement when all contracts, drivers license and insurance are received and in good order. It’s kind of mystery till you get the space and codes. Better to know your rental is set earlier.
I was unable to get a response from email, text or multiple phone messages left on their one emergency 24/7 phone number for 3 days prior to my rental. They said they had phone issues but that doesn’t explain why they couldn’t answer an email. I was beginning to think it was a scam. What if I really did need to contact them in an emergency?
The car was clean for the most part, but had a bit of an odor to it, so had to drive with the windows down mostly. It looks like someone had spilled something on the door when I first got in, but didn’t really cause any issues. Thank you.
This is a fantastic way to rent a car. It was easy. There was a $200 hold added but it was credited back in a few days. I'm really happy with SnapCarz.
This business is a fraud. I called there office at least 10 times and nobody ever answers the phone. I sent emails and text messages to cancel this reservation. I called the credit card company, and they filed a complaint, I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Incidentally the better business bureau rates them as a D-. I will never do business with Snapcarz again.
