As a first time experience it was great. Little different but in all I believe it also saved time from standing in rental car lines that has become a problem
The car we reserved and paid for was NOT available, and we were not notified at all. I reached out for help completing the necessary paperwork, and that's when I received a message saying that there was no car available. I responded back, saying that we had already been charged for it. I never received any response to my message, but I did receive a credit for the amount we had been charged. I would NEVER use this company again.
We paid and they canceled the rental while we were in the air on our flight. Very poor service
We received the rental information and car location one hour and a half after the schedule pick time , so we have to rent another car from another company
The car rented was not as clean as expected.
Pick up and drop off was extremely smooth. The price for the car was great. However, this car needs to be retired. It’s missing a hubcap, it’s dented, and it smells like a lot of weed has been smoked in that car and there’s so much air freshener that it is overwhelming.

Mileage limitations
The only Imporvemnet might be an acknowledgement when all contracts, drivers license and insurance are received and in good order. It’s kind of mystery till you get the space and codes. Better to know your rental is set earlier.
Honestly the experience was a lot easier than I thought and it was super fast since we didn’t have to use an attendant.
