This is a fantastic way to rent a car. It was easy. There was a $200 hold added but it was credited back in a few days. I'm really happy with SnapCarz.
This business is a fraud. I called there office at least 10 times and nobody ever answers the phone. I sent emails and text messages to cancel this reservation. I called the credit card company, and they filed a complaint, I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Incidentally the better business bureau rates them as a D-. I will never do business with Snapcarz again.

I TRIED TO CONTACT YOU AND YOU NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. IT TOOK US ABOUT 2 HOURS TO GET TO THE RIGHT PLACE TO GET THE CAR.
I have only worked with the commonly named agencies but very happy with SnapCarz and will work with them ANYTIME they are available for future car rental needs.

Wonderful experience. Communication was exceptional via text and email and phone calls by a REAL (& polite man named Barry). The bus pick up was timely and easy to navigate. The drop off was also seamless. The vehicle was spotless and drove very smooth and was economical for our driving to and from phoenix to Sedona. Car was equipped with a sticker for the Clean Freak car wash service which allowed me to return the vehicle freshly washed and vacuumed at the owners expense. Will use again!!

PAID IN ADVANCE IN JANUARY. 3AM THE DAY OF PICK UP IN MARCH I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO CAR AVAILABLE!!!!
