Our rental experience was great. We had some trouble finding the pickup spot in the Phoenix airport due there not being a Door 11 in Terminal 3 (per our instructions). However, once we found the shuttle, we enjoyed our rental car.
It was different from renting with other companies. Communication was completely by text message and email but the messages/instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would rent again and recommend, especially if for renting on a budget.
Pros: It was less expensive than the bigger nationwide companies.
Cons: The vehicle was a little older and had over 100k miles on it. There is no staff on-site to direct you to your car.
Texted 24 hr before rental saying the car I wanted was not available. They need better inventory control.

$222.5 extra manual fee? I had a terrible experience last week. The company SnapCarZ in Phoenix charged me $222.5 on top of the $156.04 two-day booking. When I asked why, they told me the car has 300-mile limit and each additional mile is $1.5. I did not get notified about this 300-mile limit when I booked the car on Kayak at all. I felt they set the trap by hiding this 150-mile per day limit for more customers. I wish I can get the $222.5 back, Kayak display the limit clearly. Won't recommend!

The vehicle fit us all perfectly! The instructions to pick up and drop off were clear and easy and the parking garage was very close to airport. Was nervous to rent a first time renting with this company. But would definitely rent again and recommend to others! Thank you!
The most difficult was when we had several questions regarding the process of getting to the location of the rental place by shuttle because this was our first time using a company not at the airport and having to answer by way of texting was a major challenge. We were able to manage as we worked through the unknow. Thanks
