It has been 10 days since I returned my vehicle and i haven't received my deposit. This is not a good practice. I don't know if I will ever rent from this company again

This company is an absolute scam. We waited in line for 2.5 hours - NO ONE left with a car. There was one associate - it took her 2.5 hours to help 2 people in front of us - either of them left with a car . When it was FINALLY our turn - it took about 15 minutes of the associate trying to get us to jump through the hoops - and just as everyone before us - we did not get a car. They try to rip you off - absolute scam. I doubt they even have cars to rent . Horrible experience . Will report to bbb

We paid for an Uber from the airport because my booking email didn't include a phone number or pickup information. The vehicle I received had less capacity than promised. We were forced to pay for liability insurance even though I told the agent that I'm covered through our personal insurance. I tried to cancel the toll package because we weren't using it, but I wasn't allowed. The customer service number is a very unhelpful call center. I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager about my concerns.

The customer service was excellent, the vehicle was wonderful. I only wish I would have had more options as far as purchasing for the toll roads. Everything else was fantastic! I would rent from them again!
