Customer service was superb! Our van had a slight problem but they changed our van to a better one without questions. We also would like to recommend Wayne. He was the one who helped us a lot. We just regret not knowing that we could request for free pickup though. But everything else was spectacular. We would definitely rent from Statevan again on our next visit
This was a great rental from start to finish. This is the first time we have rented from State Van. The whole experience was very easy and professional. We even had an issue with our reservation and it was quickly resolved. The vehicle performed well and met our needs. We would definitely rent from State Van again in the future.
Great place, staff was friendly. A Reservation Confirmation process was reliable. Car condition was good. Price was reasonable. But they don’t have Prepaid Gas service. Also CDW has deductible $1000.00
My only feedback is that it might be suggested that someone takes an Uber to the pick up location or office as opposed to the LAX transit bus if they are traveling from Southwest airlines/ Terminal 1 because the transit bus wait and travel time through the airport was long and VERY crowded, but that is no fault of the business itself just a bit of feedback to make another guests travels easier :)
We had a great experience with state van rental. The van was just what we needed for the week. It was very clean and worked good. Chugged right up the mountains of Utah!
The van was not as promised and had close to 80,000 miles on it. It was in such bad shape on inside and outside I am uncertain why it would be rented to anyone. I have oilfield crew vans that are in better shape than this van. The front end and the steering of the van were in horrible shape and the van could not drive straight. Overall, a miserable experience with only a 10% discount to solve the issue.
