The checkin process was a little long but that was because a difficult renter ahead of me
charged $10 to remove a seat and store it - seemed like a bit of a grab but we accepted it. LAS concession fee quoted was $56.81 but charged $63.97, We appreciated the discount to pay for the step. We could not have survived without our purchasing a step. All in all, the net cost was $13.89 less than the quote due to Rate Charge Discount - thank you. We are satisfied once we found out we were not charged for gasoline - printing error on the printer
It was good, we had to wait a bit to get picked up at the airport but was okay.
Everything is perfectly fine, advise the staff to check on the rear brakes. When I'm backing-up and step on brakes, there is a odd mechanical sound.
Best prices around, vans were extremely clean, and service was awesome. We would definitely rent from them again!
