My only feedback is that it might be suggested that someone takes an Uber to the pick up location or office as opposed to the LAX transit bus if they are traveling from Southwest airlines/ Terminal 1 because the transit bus wait and travel time through the airport was long and VERY crowded, but that is no fault of the business itself just a bit of feedback to make another guests travels easier :)

We had a great experience with state van rental. The van was just what we needed for the week. It was very clean and worked good. Chugged right up the mountains of Utah!
The van was not as promised and had close to 80,000 miles on it. It was in such bad shape on inside and outside I am uncertain why it would be rented to anyone. I have oilfield crew vans that are in better shape than this van. The front end and the steering of the van were in horrible shape and the van could not drive straight. Overall, a miserable experience with only a 10% discount to solve the issue.

I rented from State Van Rental before, but they did not have a record of me from the year before. Last year I rented a Ford Transit 15 passenger van; which was a lot better than the 12 passenger Chevy van this year. The Ford Van had blue tooth, and a smoother ride. My only issue is that I wasn’t informed about the difference between the rental vans by State Van Rental. I do plan to rent again the same time next year. The staff at State Van Rental are courteous, but could be a bit more helpful.
When we got on the highway we noticed that the passenger door didn't shut properly - leaving a large amount of wind noise when driving at highway speeds - I was sharing important information as we drove and the passenger could not always hear. The rear sliding door also doesn't securely shut and rattles. The front passenger seat does not adjust the recline of the seat and is stuck
