Great staff, flexible options, walks through the entire process so patiently and thoroughly which eliminates any communication gaps between the parties. I would strongly recommend.
I wish they rented cars I would use them all thye time in Vegas
The only thing I was not pleased about was the fact I was NOT told about the $250 deposit. My sister in law was sitting right there and even she said that was not spoken upon. Even through I had the funds on my card, it would be nice to have some knowledge about it. Without that knowledge, it could cause a financial crisis for someone's vacation/trip.

State van rental was extremely easy to work with. They were so helpful and kind and very thorough with the vehicle to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with it that I wasn't aware of (i.e. scratches, dents). I will definitely use State Van Rentals again in the future!
