poor customer service. the staff was not helpful. didn't have any knowledge on the insurance required. you don't expect these kind of service from west.

I have you used State Van Rental for the last 4 vacations to California from Hawaii and have never been disappointed. Their customer service fromthe get go has been excellent. Even though there was a little hiccup at one time, the team was prompt in assisting us and getting us going.
