I had a good experience.
We were told we could catch a free shuttle from the rental place to the airport. This was not true and we had to hire some van shuttle which cost us $69 to go the half mile or so to the airport
The person that took care of our rental was great. He made good recommendations about where to go and was very helpful and kind. We'll definitely will rent from there again.
Everything was great, good customer service
I had to wait a little extra to be picked up at the airport, but the van was getting washed, an oil change, and new tires so I'll take that tradeoff. Other than a little extra waiting, the experience was great. The State Van Rental rep was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. The van ran well and we had no problems. I would definitely recommend State Van Rental to my friends, and would definitely rent from them again if the situation arose.

State Van has the vehicle we needed with a very good price and unlimited mileage. The van sits 13 of us comfortably for 8 hours drive. We were very happy with the vehicle, the price, and the service we received.
