Both vans were excellent!
I requested a van with GPS. I did not receive a van with GPS. I was not informed at any time of the downgrade. The van was also infested with ants. The ants were crawling out of the air vents. The carpet in the back of the van had Cheetos crumbs which might have contributed to the ant issue.

I confirmed my van rental with a great rate and was told it was an error. However, the owner finally redeemed what I was confirmed. Great business ethics!!
Mario and Carol are so courteous that I felt so bad because I got lost during picking up and dropping off the van. This is a small business company but you get more service than other major car rental companies can offer. They even took us to the airport after we dropped off our van!! : )

Pls have drop off service available for all guests, I was told that since drop off is at 9 pm no drivers were available and I had to arrange for a cab.
