Reserved 15 passenger van. They brought 12 passenger van. We did change to correct van. Person picking us up was very prompt. However he wouldn't lift a finger to help load our luggage or golf clubs. He would have received a much larger tip. Oh well his choice.

The back of the van smelled like urine. The representative said he could not smell it and gave us an extra air freshener to hang, :(

All of the staff were extremely helpful prior to, during, and after the rental experience. I'm a travel agent, and I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car for several years in the past. I was extremely impressed. The only issue I had at all was the mileage situation was a bit unclear during the booking process. It all worked out, because we came in under the allotted amount anyway, but it was a bit confusing upon arrival at the office. Overall 5 stars!
It’s a scammer business being ran ! That’s why they got shut down other locations .
They will charge you for any prepaid days u don’t use it early return ! YES !! You pay for a day if u don’t use or return early !! Make sure u don’t return early or full rental fee is charged !! That new !!! Enterprise or no other rental agency charge for day u don’t use their car or return early …. But here yes. U get charged !! Renters beware !!! Car you get is a salvage car and dirty !
Staff was very helpful and responded to questions well. Reservation was an overall easy experience done online.
