This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!! The Mgr. threatened & harassed me. The car was not what was advertised. It was at least 20 yo. & NOT SAFE to drive. I returned the keys without ever using the car & had to call the police in order for the manager to promise to refund my money. I was charged 77% more than what the total rental cost for the week. DO NOT use this company.

Only Glitch was that on the second day, the check engine light went on. The agency said not to worry about it, but I did. There were never any problems be on that.

This agency closes at 8 pm. Our flight was delayed so we almost missed getting a car. This agency will not allow you to take the car into Mexico. The cigarette lighter didn't work so we had to get a dual charger to charge two phones. I was almost charged $10 for returning the car on a full tank but 'not above the line '. Fortunately the guy came to his senses and did not charge me after I pushed back. Unsure how old this car was; it had no side alert sensors; most cars have this safety feature.
We received great customer service from this place. They very graciously accommodated last minute upgrade that we requested.
I was picked up immediately after I called upon arrival. The check-in process was extremely fast and efficient. The return was exactly the same. Very quick, took me straight to where I needed to go and helped me with my bags. Very pleased.
The experience was better than expected and yes I would definitely rent from this company again.
