Brad was professional and courteous. We were scheduled to be picked up at 1:15pm but we arrived 45 minutes early. I called Brad and he was at the airport in less than 15 minutes. We were accommodated for needing to keep the car a little longer on our last day due to a late flight. Brad helped us with all of our luggage both times. I truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism displayed. Thank you for a GREAT experience!!
