I had a great experience with the rental agency. They had fantastic customer service. My flight was delayed and I brought the car back a little late and I was bummed they charged me an extra day but other than that, they were great.

Overall, great experience. Would recommend to a friend for sure. Minor potential for improvement - initial pick-up took some time. The agency could collect flight info and be alerted so that they're ready to pick up when the flight lands.
Excellent service and cars were in great condition (compared to low budget car rental companies)! No "bait-and-switching"...vehicle I reserved was the vehicle I got (actually better/bigger)! They even hardly made an effort to upsell me more options. I got my car quickly (compared to low budget car rental companies) and I returned my car just as quick and they drove me personally to my departure terminal! I will definitely use this company again. I strongly recommend them w/out reservations.
I enjoyed conversation with the shuttle driver and found him most polite and kind. I kept the car an extra week for a family emergency without problem.
Shuttle driver was so quick! He helped us load/unload all the luggage. They were helpful with car seats and the entire pick-up and return experience was easy and fast. The staff was wonderful with our kids, too!
