Service was great! I loaded my luggage into my rental car and dropped it off at the rental agency. They offered to drive me to the airport in the rental car. That was the first time ever that any non-airport rental agency took me without transferring my luggage to a shuttle, which can be a hassle. Also, the process was very quick.

Fastest rental service I have ever had. Picked me up within 5 mins from aiport, 5 min drive and 5 min to get my car! Super fast and effective. Saved over $200 from getting direct from airport with less the hassle and no lines. Mom dropped her passport on the car floor on the way to departure- they found it and drove it back to the airport and saved the day! Excellent service!
My husband was not impressed with the quality of the first car we were given, and when we stopped for lunch, the trunk latch broke so we could not lock the car or leave our belongings in it. We called the rental company, and they graciously brought us a different vehicle - even though we were an hour away. That car was the same make and model, but a few years newer and worked just fine.
Stop n' Go made my rental incredibly easy and were very friendly. Would highly recommend!
