Overall a good rental car experience: fast, easy, and affordable. It would help to be a bit more friendly though.
Thought the rates were too good to be true, boy was I wrong. This is the cheapest rental I could find that had amazing ratings and the service was as advertised. Within 5 mins of calling, a shuttle picked us up. Paperwork was minimal and I was given the keys to a car. Drop off was also easy. If you are flying to SNA, you have to use this company.

This was the most simple rental process ever. We were picked up quickly, got the car fast without all the paperwork and hard-sell of other agencies. We were driven back to the airport in our car and didn't have to transfer luggage to a shuttle bus. I needed to phone the office and my call was answered. Wonderful service.
