Everything was perfect, good job guys
With no greeting, he rudely asked for my license and card. Without hesitation he tossed my cards on the counter and said "chime is a debit card". I said it's a secured credit card I wouldn't have been able to make the reservation. He just wiped the food he was eating from his mouth and said "I said it's a debit card!" And walked away, horrible demeanor & mean attitude! He shouldn't work in customer service. He should've just walked out the door and went home and finished eating, being miserable.
Easy to deal with
We loved the care and attention we got. We were given the option of upgrading, but weren't pressured. We will definitely use this company again.
