Easiest car rental process we have ever been through. Took less than 5 minutes to check in, complete paperwork and drive away in car. Will definitely use this company again when back in Southern California. Thanks

I understand vehicle is a bit old so an air freshener would be a welcome one.
Vehicle was smaller than expected and smelled like smoke. Normally I wouldn’t mind but I drove a long ways with two kiddos so it bothered us a bit. Other than that no complaints! And the staff was friendly!
