Great experience overall
Overall experience was great. Woman who checked us out had a bit of a prefunctory manner, noticable in that it contrasted with the warmth and enrrgy of the guy who picked us up.

Car was subpar, not clean. Person who picked me up didn't even attempt to help loading/unloading bags. Location is questionable. Very shocked they are listed on Kayak. Would not use them again or recommend. Left something in car & was told it was not there.
