This was a super-easy experience. We were picked up from the airport, attended to immediately, and off with our car with 15 or so minutes from getting picked up. The staff was helpful and friendly. The cars are certainly used and not fancy, but they are more than functional and ours ran perfectly--for half the price of wherever else I looked, this was definitely a good deal that I would take again.

This experience was fantastic. The agent who picked us up at the airport was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely loved that we were picked up at the airport in the vehicle that we would be keeping, so our luggage was already packed in the care. It was great not having to hop on a tram to a car service, and then stand in line to wait on a reservation, and then search the lot for a car. Super Cheap Car Rental was first class in this experience! You need service in more cities!

Everyone was great. It was so much easier than renting from one of the big agencies, and WAY cheaper. The car was in perfect condition. I will absolutely rent from Super Cheap next time I'm in San Francisco.
