Your San Francisco manager was a wonderful and helpful person. The car needed some air in the tyres but other than that, everything went perfectly! With a less helpful, happy and friendly staff, small issues like mine may have been upset some people but the San Francisco contact was enough to almost forget this vehicular shortfall. Look after him, he deserves double whatever you pay him!! Thank you very much!
