As a lifetime Hertz Gold & Hilton Honors Diamond., we fully understand when service levels exceed expectations. As a first time renter with Cheap Car rental, our expectations were blown away on all levels. Their on line set-up allowed nearly 100% of requisite car rental documentation completion save for signatures prior to landing in San Francisco.. Within 20 minutes of our luggage collection @ SFO baggage claim, we were on our way in our rental. Unparalleled efficiency & value. Thanks Steve!
