I"m a professional who runs a small company.
They treat you like a HUMAN at this agency and not a credit card with a person attached whom all interactions need to be scripted. They told me they trusted me. WOW! It's usually the opposite with a car rental agency.
Their pick up is faster than if we were to get a rental car from the airport!!!
