I would not recommend this company to anyone. The full cost of the vehicle is not given upfront. Once you get to the facility, they add extra costs. I received my vehicle & the tire pressure light came on when I pulled out the drive way. I returned the vehicle. The 2nd vehicle had damage, expired tags and a flat tire. If the company is going to nickel and dime customers, their vehicles should be top notch. The staffer assisting me had an attitude. When I returned the vehicle, no shuttle avail.
It’s ah 7 to 10 business days before deposit is return to account hopefully
I rented this car for a week during the business travel. When I arrived I was told the reservation may not be available since it’s not paid. But I did not remember there’s a payment option online. Luckily they found the same car as I reserved. It’s cheaper than other services and convenient to the airport. Will consider next time.
