My expectations were met.The front desk staff at initial service were professional and attentive. The owner was very helpful.I would recommend their service.
You should not list this company as an option. They are rude, dishonest, liars and couldn't care less about their customers. My car tire went flat and so I took it to a tire repair shop. They said the tire was damaged in the same place where there was already damaged and couldn't be repaired. Two tires were missing a lug nut. Long story short, they rented an unsafe car to me endangering my family. Timeless would take no responsibility and offered no apology. Terrible company.
Timeless refused to honor the rate given 2 months in advance, even after I agreed to additional TPL insurance (USD 105), and the invoice resent 2 day's before the rental. Initially. they did not have the car and offered me a downgrade for the higher rate (over USD 100 more). They then claimed rates went up Dec 10, for the higher tourist season so they were rebooking at current day's rate/advised that cars were in short supply and people were willing to pay more. Stranded 36 hours before travel.
staff members were phenominal
The rate was great but when I arrived I was notified that I had to pay an additional $20 U.S. per day for insurance. I couldn’t find anything on the website that told me that in advance.
Very courteous staff. I appreciate them picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. I will definitely rent from Apex again. Very simple and convenient.
car was dated, made noises. everything was in Chinese and tint was peeling bad. did not drive right. and dirty. nothing from what I ordered.

Absolute scam. It took ages for the 'SUV' to come when it finally did it was a old, small ugly car. Then to add insult to injury 150 US dollars for a minute scratch. Rip off. We are back in Jamaica December we will never use you again.
