The car was defective and had little to no fuel in it. Staff member in the office was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Airport staff was very disrespectful and unprofessional. (the employee representing the company outside arrival)

I was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle and the level of service provided. The car was not properly maintained specifically, the windshield wiper blades were torn and ineffective, making it unsafe to drive in the rain. Additionally, the vehicle had little to no fuel at the time of pickup, which was inconvenient. The interior of the car was also not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the representative at the time of return was unprofessional and displayed a rude attitu

We rented a car for 42 days (December 20th-January 31st)from Timeless car rental for a cost of $4598.00 Canadian, $500.00 of this is a deposit that is to return to us once we brought back the car in good order.This is February 3,2026 still haven’t got our deposit back, waiting on a call back from Samantha since yesterday.The reason they are not able to refund our deposit, because the ink faded on both receipts my copy and their. We had only 5 cars to choose from 3 of which wasn’t in good re
