I arrived at the location at the airport and discovered that I was not on the list. I was picked up from the airport and was driven to the location for the rental service. I discovered there that I was not on the list for a rental. I provided my email detailing the rental agreement for the rental and my reservation could not be found. I was offered a vehicle but the rate was 200 dollars more than I received via email. I politely declined and was driven back to the airport.
Do not rent vehicle from here!
The cars badly need servicing and they're are really dirty
I lost a plastic hub cap in one of the many pot holes on the streets. I was charged US $150.00 for this hub cap which could outfit a whole fleet. I protested but to know avail. I wouldn't recommend this agency if it can be avoided. I consider this extortion. I have no problem with paying for damages at a rational and reasonable rate, but I don't think it makes good business sense to exploit customers every opportunity they get. This seem to be the habit of a lot of people these days.
I was very disappointed with the fact that no one was available in the mirning to accept my car return causing me to almost miss my flight. This is after letting them know from the time of rental that I had an early flight and made arrangements witt them. I would never use them again and would not recommend.
I did not like being surprised with having to purchase 3rd Party Insurance, and being charged 7% fee for using a Credit Card. Both of these items should have been noted on my Reservation Confirmation, especially when I was being told they were mandatory. This made for an unpleasant Checkin process.
It was OK but there was no music in the car wasn’t working and there’s nothing to charge the phone not good
Vehicle should have not have been rented. I updated the agency regarding the issues (e.g., needed alignment, needed new windshield wipers, side mirrors were not functional/broken, hubcaps broken, A/C only worked occasionally). The first representative that drove my family to the airport was rude, had poor customer service skills, inconsiderate and disrespectful to my family members. Worst vehicle that I've rented during my trips to Jamaica.

The A/C too really long to cool down. There were also many scrapes and dents but mechanically good.
