The worst rental car company in the world! I’ve rented cars in over 10 countries multiple
Times and this by far is the absolute worst. The manager was very unprofessional, the rates were not honoured and they increased it by over $300 USD. They are very dishonest. Just do yourself a favour and do not rent from them EVER. the only reason why I stayed with them is because I arrived with my new born baby and couldn’t bother with the hassle. If they were the last rental company I would RATHER
I was having problem in the first week the check engine light came on, i coll the agent tell them the car is stalling. they tell me to put high test gas still having problem the owner say is going to replace the car. then he don't have a car to replace it with, he is going to take off a day rental when i return the car when i got there the same owner is telling me he will give a free day the next time i rent are you kidding me i am a mechanic for 45 years and he is what ck eng light is stayaway
Experience with timeless was great. The coverage from my credit card for collision however I had to pay for 3rd party in case private property was damaged. That kinda sucked but overall the car was decent , few flaws however it did what I needed. They were courteous enough to drive me back to my hotel as requested

The car we asked for was not available. Although we had booked months in advance. It did not seem as though they were ready for us to come. We were given a different car that was very run down, had difficulty starting, and did not lock.

Good customer service, the driver and the guy who assigned the paperwork for us walk us through everything about the car… the last day we brought the car back we met the boss nice lady
The vehicles need to be properly serviced prior to renting. They are old and for the cost to rent they should be newer.
Would have preferred a newer car. Part of 1 sideview mirror was missing. Brake squeaked terribly for the whole trip.
