The gentleman who helped us was great. The website said it was at the airport which it was not, we had to ask around and someone called and told us he would pick us up which he promptly did but we were unaware we would take that step. Not a big deal but it would be helpful to know in advance that we would need to call someone to come get us and drop us off at airport.
The car needed servicing and it took them 4 hours to come so we lost a good chunk of a day of our vacation. Also could’ve used some washer fluid.

Vehicles weren't in as good of condition as i expected, but after driving on some very interesting roads during our rental period, it was clearly explained some of the condition issues.

The quote should include all charges so there's so surprises when you go to rent the car
Pickup at the airport was a little unclear, and there was no one there when we got in. Someone turned up eventually though and it got sorted! The stereo/menu/features were in Chinese and no one knew how to change it to English.
