Vehicles weren't in as good of condition as i expected, but after driving on some very interesting roads during our rental period, it was clearly explained some of the condition issues.
Great car, price and service. Would rent again.

Pickup at the airport was a little unclear, and there was no one there when we got in. Someone turned up eventually though and it got sorted! The stereo/menu/features were in Chinese and no one knew how to change it to English.
Friendly, courteous staff. The car was a bit old, but did its job - good value for the money.
The staff at Timeless Car Rentals went above and beyond their duties to help with our requests and meet our needs. From being picked up at the airport with hardly any wait time, to meeting us to switch to a smaller car, to being dropped off back at the airport, all went quickly and smoothly. Mark was exceptionally helpful and patient with us "golden girls" trying to navigate Montego Bay for the first time. Thank you all at Timeless!
Wasnt upfront on all of the insurance and 3rd party costs at time of reservation. Not until got to the agency.
Vehicle was well worn but got us from A to B, it looked good and was meticulously clean
Charge for using a credit card should be disclosed more clearly prior to reservation.
