Pickup was great but upon return the charged US$150 for a hub cap that was missing. The cap was severely damaged before and was attached with a single tiny zip tie. The boss did not have the guts to even speak to us and we heard that this happens to more customers. Moreover, the car was in bad shape with almost no tread left on the tires and 220k+ kms. Would not recommend renting here as you need a decent vehicle for Jamaican roads.

Suggest you add a sign with "Timeless Car Rental" outside airport exit for pickup..had to wander around Montego Bay airport before someone showed me where the Rep was waiting..All staff were friendly and professional and car was perfect for our trip..
Special Recognition goes out to Jordan. Upon returning my vehicle he noticed a bulge in one of the tires. I wasn’t certain if I was responsible for the defect in the tire. To me he went above and beyond when he checked previous records and found that it was a pre-existing condition. I appreciate the extra mile he took for me. This is one honest man. I will definitely rent again from timeless car rental.
Everything was quick and easy! We understood everything and the staff was really efficient! I’m glad I went with timeless for this price and not with enterprise for 3x more! I would rent a bigger car next time though. My 6’4” boyfriend could barely fit in this one! We would definitely rent again!
Very poor service, charged me the entire deposit for a popped tire. Never renting from them again.
