Overall, very very good, not much to complain about.
Requested SUV vehicle unavailable, poor choice of other vehicles to hire, Nissan sylphy given was un-roadworthy, steering vibration when breaking, pulling to left when driving, burning petrol. Do not hire from this company, dangerous vehicles and unprofessional owner. Also not based at montego bay airport, 5 min drive away on dual carriage way

Waited 30 minutes to get picked up at airport then driven 5 minutes away only to be told they didn’t have the suv I had ordered and was confirmed. Tried to give me some crappy hatchback for same price. Ridiculous SMH! So we left and received an awesome car at another place. My suggestion is rent somewhere else…. Anywhere else. Classic bait and switch tactics here at TIMELESS CAR RENTAL. STAY AWAY.!!
Rate of rental was reasonable and vehicle was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful
Firstly, on the website it states that the car was located at the terminal which was not accurate, I had to wait for a long period for a shuttle. I had to purchase additional insurance because the rental car company did not include liability in the policy that I had purchase. It was an inconvenience to change the vehicle that we had, the process was not hassle free and the vehicle was not properly maintained.
Made us get some type of insurance after the fact so that was an extra 100 we weren’t expecting but other then that was a good experience.
Great company with reasonable prices.

The car work well. the issue for me is the credit card I used had insurance coverage but I still had to pay $15 per day ontop of the charges
