Poor
The price quoted was not what I was charged. The car they had for me was a old 2012/2013 car that was beat up really bad. Plus need struts and no washer fluid. The key fob did not work and taped up. Associate refuse to change car as they know I had no choice but to take it at 7:30pm night due to mother funeral that is 2.5hrs away.
I need a full refund!
Great staff with good hospitality. service was like concierge. Left my keys in car and Joel call and took it to airport for me. thanks team timeless. better than the big names and cheaper.
The car was perfect just for me and the wife. It had plenty of room and it drove perfectly. Their customer service was phenomenal.
long wait time because you have to call and verify insurance,male agent was rude and disrespectful.They will only accept verification of cover by phone.Dont get the car dirty else you will have to pay.You will also be charge to run your card

Waited along time to be picked up at the airport
Then it took forever to complete the paperwork to get the car then when i get the car its on empty i have to leave immediately to find a gas station
