Paid 2x the quoted rate - was first told "American insurance companies" wont cover rentals internationally. Offered to get letter verifying liability from my insurer, then it became "we wont accept" it. Proceeded to overcharge me for the liability by $54 and would not provide a refund for that or returning the rental one day early due to an unforeseen change to my travel plans. Will dispute with my CU. They were unprofessional, rude, greedy thieves and they are not onsite at the airport-beware!

The vehicle we reserved was not available. We were downgraded to a reasonably acceptable substitute (smaller than reserved) and charged more than quoted reservation. There was also a change in insurance requirements. We did have coverage through our credit card but still charged. This was not communicated prior to our arrival to Jamaica. This resulted in an additional $210 US charge. Original quote $662.40 US for intermediate SUV. We were charged $745.03 for a smaller, non-SUV, vehicle.
Mark is a great businessman because he is knowledgeable and works to please the customer. I will continue renting from Timeless.

I find that Timeless service was prompt and courteous the car I got was mechanically ok but it could have been checked more thoroughly in that the Tyres we're worn and I had a flat and had to move one of the front to the rear for safety...I will gladly recommend this company to my friends!!
Unable to assess, requested rental car was unavailable and no communication between time of reservation and date of car pick up. Would be helpful in the future if car types were unavailable that a phone call or email was sent to renters so they know to make a reservation with another agency.
We were charged double what the rate was. The car had no AC and was a beater.
