Customer service was great throughout. However, we had to wait for about 45 minutes for the car to be ready. Then we realized that the seatbelts didn’t work, and we’re given a different car that was already prepared. We had to pay more than the quote because we were told we had to purchase insurance with them even though we already purchased it through a third party. Overall, the car drove, but was in the poorest condition of any rental car I have used. Most importantly the breaks were poor.
Would be helpful to have better representation upon arrival at the airport. We were aware the agency was near the airport however there was no instruction or representative waiting for us. In meantime we were approached by (numerous) individuals willing to “help us”. This is NOT acceptable. Timeless should have someone at the airport with signboard

The service was exceptionally great

We had so much issues with the car from day one , i called and was on hold for over an hour , this is after calling several times, when we finally got through they told me they did not have a car to replace it. the worst rental i have ever had.
I thought my pickup would have been waiting on me had to call but the driver was very apologetic.

I vacation a lot and always get value rental cars. Timeless was way above the standard that I’m used to. Quality was great price was great the people were nice. Very professional and I will definitely highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Mobay
