I must say that I have been to Jamaica on many occasions a. Have rented cars before but none compared to this company service I think they went about and beyond to make the service rhey provide exceptional car was clean and rhe gentle man I am gonna assume he is the owner of company was just wonderful I'm every way that a customer Service representative is supposed to be so definitely I will always rent from this company from here on out I believe in good quality service and I didn't take much

The staff at timeless rental were great!!! I got in a little accident(nothing major)I should've called then right away, but I didn't. So I tried to fixed the damage myself because I didn't want to returned the car damaged. But the owner notice right away and I was honest about it. He was very understanding and charged me less than what I had to pay , even though I had paid to fix the problem but it was not done properly.

Theyre scam artist! Some ignorant driver hit the bumper and front quarter panel. Spoke with them they said they didn't need anything and not to worry when I asked to send pics of the damage. I return the car today and these bastards tried to bill me a charge for damages as they said they had the car already looked at by their adjuster and I didn't give them any photos? AMEX said this is illegal. How can a car be evaluated and they didn't see it or have it in their possessionto see the damages?
