I had previously done business with them, they never charged me 25 for insurance. I was not prepared to pay an extra $100 for the week. It ruined my time in Jamaica. Then I got the car that had just been returned, they didnt disinfect it, not washed it. It stink, it didn't have much gas, and not being from the country and arriving late due to a delayed in flight it was a bit much to go get gas, disinfect and wash the car so that I can travel with ease of mind. I don't recommend this place.

They went above and beyond, clean car, the price you saw is what you paid, very courteous, and someone is there ready to take you to the airport, my first time using them, I’ll definitely go back, I’d give them ten out of ten.
customer service was proper, I loved the gentleman who helped me but I can't remember his name. I'd give him a 10/10. now, the car was okay. the radio did not work AT ALL. no radio stations, no bluetooth, but the worker was kind enough to give me a couple cd's. the wheel went flat the first day I was using the car. our pickup from the airport took a little while, but that was no real issue. the car situation would get a 5/10.
