I was denied the vehicle I wanted, even though it was available, I was lied to. Upon returning one staff member was rude, told me that the vehicle was dirty, and was not willing to drive me to the airport!!
I take full responsibility for the damage done to the vehicle but I believe I was overcharged. The items needing to be fixed would not equal my total deposit of $500 usd not to mention I brought the vehicle back 2 days early.
I would recommend someone going to a big name company that offers a more comprehensive damage waiver

At the end of a week I did not wash the car it rained all week and the roads were muddy when I returned the vehicle I was charged to wash the car. Unbelievable never have washed a rental car before returning and all they said was it was on the contract..
Excellent service I would recommend this company patient kind and quick.
The pick up, driver and staff interactions were good. However, I was given a car with zero gas in it. The needle did not move the slightest when I started the car. I was told it would get me to the gas station. The driving was horrible after the first day. I had difficulty climbing hills and picking up speed after stop sign/lights. I kept moving over for vehicles to pass. When I returned the car they tried to say I was responsible for a cracked taillight. By far the worst rental experience ever
We were very impressed with how efficient the rental was. When we arrived at the airport a staff member was there to pick us up which was a nice surprise. The staff did not try to upsell us or pull any tricks and the whole experience was seamless for both pick up and drop off. The only comment I would have is that they made it clear that they wanted the vehicle back very clean, which meant we had to give the car a vacuum before returning to clean up some beach sand.
The staff and owner were rude and disrespectful, the vehicle was not well maintained. I would never recommend anyone use them.
I was very disappointed that I had to ask for the tyres to be changed because they were bald, then there wasn't another vehicle available so I had to wait 2 hours to get them changed so I could use the car. I tried to use the wiper to clean the windshield there wasn't any fluids I had to pour my expensive coconut water on the windshield to clean it. This is very poor service. Also there was the surprising third party insurance demand when my credit card covers that. Disappointed 😞 do better!
Courteous agents vehicle was not ready when I arrived but they made sure it was cleaned before we were on our way. Thanks
