Online quote was not upfront about the need to pay for additional 3rd party coverage. Also did not appreciate being charged a cleaning fee at the end of rental. Car was not dirtier than I would have expected after driving 7 days in Jamaica. I think everyone is charged this fee, and it is not disclosed upfront.
Maybe slightly better instructions on how to find the Timeless Rep. outside the airport. It is a mass of people there and it took 3 times walking out there to find her. Other than that, was a great experience doing business with Timeless.

Vehicle was not the size described on comparison website. Quoted a price of $314 and paid $454. Vehicle was high mileage and had no gas !
I asked ahead of time if I needed additional insurance and was led to believe if I had a CDW through my credit card I'd be good. When I got there I was told I also needed 3rd party liability insurance to the tune of almost as much money as my rental. I had all my emails and thanks to that they gave me a discount so my rental was still well priced overall and better than at most agencies, just frustrating when I tried to cover my bases ahead of time. Also check your spare ours was flat.
