Timeless was amazing, we rented a Voxy, it was the CLEANEST NICEST car I’ve ever rented while in Jamaica 20/10 value for money. The airport pickup, to bring transported to the car pick up location was smooth and seamless, their rental company is less than 5 minutes from the airport.
Now let’s talk about staff, Latoya met us at the airport & she was kind & kept us updated.

Bait and switch business model. Would not recommend. The company should include the final price upon reservation and not wait to inform you that there are additional charges when you're in need of a ride. Poor customer service. Company is attempting to extort additional money from customers whe they're vulnerable.
Not clear when you book that the price doesn't include pay the 3rd party liability insurance + car in very bad condition (no windshield liquid, old damaged car)

Very frustrating experience with timeless car rental. I was over charged. They made buy insurance then charged me for under front bumper scratch. Very unexperienced staff. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. No stars for timeless car rental👎👎👎👎👎
