I didnt think it right to be given a rental on empty and then i have to try to return on empty or lose out on the gas I put in. Normaly, in all the 30+ rentals from other companies, its given on at least a third full.
Timeless rentals is an excellent company who have warm and welcoming staff who are transparent about the rental process. This is the second time that I have used their cars and would highly recommend them to any friends or family who are visiting the island and will only rent from this company when I visit. Thank you for the excellent service that we received on this trip.

The service is poor and the online details regarding payment is way different from the actual price.. I WOULD not recommend this dealership to anyone..
I have to pay a 145 USD FOR A HUBCAP. BEWEAR OF HIDDEN FEWS AND CHARGES..
Service was slow (island speed). The car was not new, had 145000 km on odometer. Lots of minor dings and scratches. And 1/3 tank of gas. But car ran fine, did the job. Filled the tank and returned it with 2/3 tank. No issues on return, but service was slow again, with only one person receiving vehicles. They charged me $120 for "other car coverage". So rate was double my quote.
Not happy about that. Won't rent on Jamaica again. Taxis instead.
The vehicle was ok but didn’t have any audio system this is hard when you have it for some time. Would appreciate that to be working. Staff was amazing and that would make me come back again and again
Don't walk, RUN away from this company. Mark, the owner, is a crook. I'll say this. The rental car's AC stopped working. I was staying in Old Harbour and the company is located in Mobay, a few hours away. No one was willing to bring me a replacement car, so Mark asked me to take it to Kingston to have it repaired. I did so. He asked me to pay the bill, $50.00 US dollars out of my pocket for reimbursement, but that never happened. Unexpectedly, they didn't honor the price quote I originally recei
Small agency, great service.
I was quoted a price of $204 to hire the car in writing but when went to pick up the car the price had been inflated to $350 for the same car. The tires on the car were bald and illegal. I pointed this out to the assistant and I was ignored. I ended up being stopped and fined by the police because I was using the car with an out-of-date tax. After reporting this to senior management they WhatsApp app me an up-to-date tax disc. I then asked to be refunded and was told no. Hire CO to give a miss
